Skimmed Milk Powder

Skimmed milk powder is produced from skimmed milk which is pasteurised, evaporated and spray-dried in advanced facilities to produce a fine, free-flowing milk powder with a natural cream/white colour and milky taste.
This natural product has a high degree of functionality and a low fat content. It is extremely versatile and is suitable for a wide variety of applications (Bakery, Chocolate, Ice Cream, Recombined Evaporated Milk, Sweetened Condensed Milk, Sauces, Nutrition, Yogurts, Desserts, Processed Cheese).
We produce several functional powder blends within this range, such as low heat, medium heat, high heat, high-heat heat stable, low spore.

Buttermilk Powder

Buttermilk powder is the spray-dried product derived from churned, pasteurised sweet fresh cream. It is a free-flowing powder with a rich and creamy flavour due to it’s naturally high phospholipid content, making it an ideal food ingredient.
Due to it’s higher fat content, enhancing flavour and texture, it’s extremely versatile with a wide variety of applications (Confectionary, Bakery, Ice Cream, Recombined Evaporated Milk, Sweetened Condensed Milk, Processed Cheese).

Sweet Whey Powder

Our Sweet whey is produced from Emmental cheese production, producing a single source of high-quality casein proteins. Sweet whey powder is manufactured by a combination of filtration, evaporation and spray drying.
It is a free-flowing non-hydroscopic powder, which can be used in a wide variety of applications (Infant formula, Sports & Dietary nutrition, Confectionary, Flavoured RTD Milk, Chocolate Manufacture, Bakery, Desserts, Yogurt, Ice Cream).
