Our manufacturing facility processes milk into dairy products including butter, cheese and a range of powder ingredients such as Skimmed Milk Powder, Buttermilk Powder and Sweet Whey Powder. All Tipperary Cooperative produce is made using Irish grass-fed milk.

Tipperary Cooperative is signed up to a number of sustainability schemes such as Bord Bia Origin Green, Teagasc Signpost Farms, Bord Bia Sustainable Dairy Assurance Scheme (SDAS) and the Sustainable Dairy Partnership (SDP).
