At our site in Tipperary town, we produce over 70,000 tonnes of dairy products each year across butter, cheese and powdered ingredients. These products are made using fresh grass-fed milk from our local farmers in the Golden Vale. Our temperate climate provides the perfect conditions for grass growth, which gives our products their characteristic golden buttery hue. The milk quality imparts a creamy taste and mouthfeel on our product range. These product attributes and our commitment to consistency have helped to build our reputation globally.
