We currently produce Emmental Cheese which is a semi-hard cheese type, distinguished by large holes or “eyes” which form during the fermentation process. It is ideal for a large range of food applications. Our processing facility can cut to a wide variety of block sizes from 30kg to 2.5kg.

- Our Emmental is free from artificial flavours and additives.
- The cheese is ripened at controlled temperatures, achieving the characteristic smooth ivory texture, shiny, round eyes and sweet nutty flavour.
- It has fantastic cooking and melting qualities making it ideal for pizza, lasagne, fondue, hot or toasted deli items.
- Tippagral is a French-based subsidiary of Tipperary Co-operative, supplying Emmental cheese for non-domestic catering professionals and the agri-food industry.
