Butter
Made using fresh Irish milk, our butter is creamy in taste and mouthfeel, with a characteristic pale yellow colour from our cows’ grass diet. Our butter manufacturing facilities are among the most modern in Europe, capable of manufacturing lactic, salted and unsalted sweet-cream butter to the most exacting quality standards in a variety of packaging options.

Unsalted Lactic Butter
- Characterized by a fresh lactic flavour, it is produced from fresh pasteurized cream and lactic cultures.
- It’s a typical continental European butter and an ideal dairy ingredient to use as a table butter, in food ingredients and in confectionery.
Unsalted Butter
- Our unsalted sweet cream butter is produced from fresh pasteurized cream.
- It has a fresh, creamy taste and is a typical continental European butter. Suitable as a table butter, as an ingredient and in confectionery.
Salted Butter
- Our salted sweet cream butter is produced from fresh pasteurized cream with the addition of salt.
- Typical continental European butter, ideal to use as a table butter, in baking, frying, and in confectionery.
